When you send a request, Sahi Gold & Diamonds stores your name, email address or phone number, your message, and the piece you asked about so staff can reply and manage the conversation.
Who can see your request
Customer requests are available to authorized store staff. The website uses Supabase to store requests and photos. When notification email is configured, the store receives a notification through Resend.
Website use
Customers do not need an account. Staff use secure sign-in cookies. The website does not use advertising trackers. Temporary, one-way identifiers help limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored with your inquiry.
Questions or removal requests
Use the contact form to ask about your information or request its removal. Include your request reference if you have one.
